    2. Pre-Screening of all Initial Submissions.
      By completing the Contest entry form and submitting/uploading Entrant’s Initial Submission, Entrant agrees that each Initial Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any Initial Submission and disqualify Entrant from the Contest if it believes that any Initial Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. If Entrant’s Initial Submission is rejected, Entrant may have another opportunity to upload a new Initial Submission until the earlier of its acceptance by Sponsor or the end of the Initial Submission Phase.
    3. Additional Submission.

The first two thousand five hundred (2,500) eligible Entrants in each of the four (4) Contest Prize Pools (as determined solely by Sponsor’s computers) to visit the Sponsor’s Website and submit Additional Submissions (each as described below) will have their respective Contest List Item automatically entered into the Winner Selection Phase as described in Section 5.E. below. 4. Pre-Screening of Additional Submissions.
      By completing the Contest entry form and uploading any Additional Submission as described above, Entrant agrees that each Additional Submission conforms to the Guidelines and Restrictions and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any Additional Submission and disqualify Entrant from the Contest if it believes that any Additional Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. After Entrant enters the Contest, during the Winner Selection Phase, a panel of qualified judges (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will name from among all eligible Contest List Items a certain number of potential winners in each Contest Prize Pool (as described in Section 7 below) with the highest point totals based on the following criteria:
      • Inspiration (between 1 – 100 available points);
      • Creativity (between 1 – 100 available points);

Each Entrant understands that the Sponsor or its respective agents may advise the United States Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) of the value of the prize awarded to Entrant from Entrant’s participation in the Contest in the form of an IRS Form 1099, or otherwise. Entrant understands that prior to being entitled to receive any prize, and prior to receiving any prize, Entrant will first provide Sponsor with all of Entrant’s applicable taxpayer identification information and other required and reasonably requested tax and tax-related documentation (e.g., IRS Form W-9), and that Entrant’s failure to provide such information to Sponsor will result in Entrant’s automatic ineligibility to receive any prize. If such potential winner declines in writing to accept a prize, such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or a potential winner is not otherwise in compliance with the Affidavit/Release or these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, the Sponsor’s panel of qualified judges may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries.
